Return policy

We hope you are very happy with your order but if there’s anything wrong we are always ready to help. Please shoot us an email at anne@canndle.nl.

Although we try to protect your order from breaking during transit ociasonally damages may occur. Those products will be replaced or refunded if we are provided with photographic proof of the damage within 7 days after delivery. Sadly we can’t return of refund used candles.

Do you want to return your delivery or part of it? You are welcome to return your unused candles within 14 days. We appreciate it if you let us know you are returning your order via anne@canndle.nl. When returning the whole order unused you will get a full refund including the shipping fee. The buyer is responsible for delivery cost on all returned items.
