Free standard delivery on orders over €50,-. Please make sure that the contents of your basket are over €50,- after using a discount code to qualify for free shipping. You don’t need a discount code for free shipping. Please note that this offer is only valid for private customers and can’t be applied to wholesale orders.
It’s also possible to pick up your delivery at Schonauwen 130, 3401 HJ IJsselstein (the Netherlands). Please send us a message to schedule a pickup moment as this is not a shop adress.

We strive to pack your order within 1-3 businessdays after ordering. If that’s not possible you will be notified through email. You’ll also receive an email after your order leaves us. This email contains information about the delivery. If you are in urgent need of your candles, please contact us and we’ll try to accomodate.

Packaging
At Canndle we want to be as durable as possible. We use sustainable products like rapeseedwax, but it doesn’t stop there. We also recycle shipping boxes and filling materials. That means that sometimes you receive a product wrapped in bubbleplastic or encased in shredded paper. We shred the paper ourselves and keep the bubbleplastic from deliveries that we receive.
