It’s the spooky season

Halloween is celebrated on the 31st of October and it is believed to be influenced by Celtic harvest festivals such as Samhain. Today it is mostly known for the trick-or-treating, costume parties, carving pumpkins and visiting haunted attractions or watching scary movies. For us it’s mostly any of the before mentioned activities, from visiting a party to enjoying the trick-or-treaters that pass by during the evening. Or by watching a horror movie with only candles on and a big pillow to hide behind.

Skull candle

When we started Canndle we had no time to create a Halloween collection, as we started in September. This year we took it slow and therefore you can now buy our skull candle. A big candle in the form of a skull, almost to beautiful to burn. When burned it creates a really special effect behind the eyes.

Sustainable candles

Back in 2021 we discovered that there’s a lot more to candle making and burning then we thought. Before making our own candles we never knew about the vast majority of waxes there are or why some candles create a lot of black soot when burning. Our candles are made from rapeseedwax, a more eco-friendly alternative to paraffin candles because it is made from the rapeseed flower. When burning it creates less black soot and it burns up to 90% longer than paraffin candles.

Our team loves making and burning candles, and works everyday to ensure you get the most beautiful candles delivered to your doorstep.
